We work hard to process and ship orders quickly while keeping shipping costs fair and transparent. Please review the following terms before completing your purchase.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will process the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on product size, weight, and destination.
Carrier selection is determined by DRP Fast Ship for the safest and most efficient delivery.
Transit times vary by carrier and service level.
Delivery & Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.
Please allow tracking updates to appear within 24 hours.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. DRP Fast Ship is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier and photographic delivery confirmation is provided, DRP Tools LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Our responsibility for the shipment ends upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer. Any theft or loss occurring after confirmed delivery must be reported directly to the carrier or local authorities.
Flat Rate & Oversized Items
Some larger or heavier items (such as handles, blades, or specialty tools) include a flat-rate shipping charge at checkout.
Oversized or multi-box shipments may ship separately.
Freight & LTL Shipments
Certain large or heavy items — including long handles, bull floats, multi-box tool sets, and palletized shipments — are delivered via LTL or Freight Carrier rather than standard parcel services.
Commercial Address Requirement
Freight shipments must be delivered to a classed commercial address that can receive truck deliveries during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM).
Residential or limited-access locations are not eligible for direct freight delivery.
Freight Terminal Pick-Up
If a valid commercial address is not provided, the shipment will be routed to a freight terminal of our choice nearest to your shipping location.
You will receive tracking and terminal details once your order departs.
Pick-up is required within 3 business days of arrival.
Failure to pick up within this period may result in additional storage or re-delivery fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
The freight terminal option works especially well for small businesses, since it allows you to pick up your shipment at your convenience instead of waiting all day for a delivery truck — keeping you on the job and productive.
Tracking & Pickup Arrangements
Once your order ships, you will receive the freight tracking number and terminal contact details by email.
Customers are responsible for coordinating pick-up or delivery directly with the carrier once tracking is provided.
Cost-Efficiency Clause
Once freight has been charged and the order has shipped, no additional shipping fees will be added.
If we are able to ship your order using a less expensive carrier or method, the cost difference will not be refunded.
This ensures consistent, transparent, and fair freight pricing for all customers.
Shipping Errors or Damage
Inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If any damage or shortage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos and details.
Claims filed after this period may not be accepted.
International Shipping
At this time, DRP Fast Ship ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping or freight forwarding.
