Refund policy

We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product, and we are happy to offer a return policy for unused products only in their original unopened and in their original purchased packaging and quantity. Please note that we do not make any exceptions to the following policies:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • We must receive the return within 14 days from the date the RA# was issued, as RA#'s are time-sensitive.
  • Shipping Charges will be paid by the customer (No Exceptions)
  • After 14 days from the issued date, RA#'s will be refused.
  • All returns will incur a restocking charge of 35-50%.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Warranties are only valid if the product is used for its intended purpose and not used with a product it was not designed to be used with. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The following items are non-refundable and ineligible for returns:

No Return on Special Order Items.

No Return on Discounted Products.

No Return on Used Items.

No Return on Replacement Parts and Nozzles.

No returns on Special Order, Discounted, Used, or Replacement Parts and Nozzles. Refused or Undeliverable orders will have a 35 to 50% restocking fee. Shipping to and return shipping costs are the customer's sole responsibility and be deducted. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING. We ship to the address you provide. Free Shipping items returned will be charged the cost of shipping the product to the customer. Customers will pay all return shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

No Return on Used Tools We want to make it clear that we cannot refund items that have been used. However, all of our products come with a warranty, and if you suspect that your item is defective, the product factory representative will handle your concerns. To have your item tested for defects, we can provide you with the necessary information on where to ship it, and ask you to describe in detail what happened, including the product used and the issue encountered. If the product is tested and found defective, we will exchange it for a new one. Please note that if the product is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to you.

Order Cancellation: To cancel your order, you can either reply to your order confirmation with the word "CANCEL" or send an email to the address provided in your order confirmation, including your website order number in the cancellation request. Please note that the cancellation must be made before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, a restocking fee will be charged, and a refund will only be processed once we receive the items back. Please be aware that we cannot accept order cancellations through any other means. We can not control delays caused by weather on all orders. Cancelled, refused, or undeliverable orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is solely responsible for both the shipping and return shipping costs, which will be deducted. We dispatch items to the address provided by the customer. Please note that there will be no refund on shipping. In the case of free shipping items that are shipped and subsequently cancelled or refused, the customer will be charged both the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost

TERMINAL PICK-UP OPTION Terminal pickup allows your package to be received at a freight facility and held for up to 3 business days. Proper identification of the purchaser is required for pickup. We may not determine the terminal address prior to shipping some direct factory items. Review the freight delivery checklist above. Failure to pick up your product within 3 business days may result in additional fees for shipping & storage. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us at sales@drptools.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. When you use the DRP Fast Ship Tools website, you are agreeing to abide by all of our policies.

Free Shipping items returned or canceled will be charged the cost of shipping the product to the customer and return. The customer will pay all return re-stocking fees. Special order items are non-returnable.

The buyer must have a return merchandise authorization number RMA before you send your package back. DRP Tools will not take back merchandise after being used unless a manufacturing defect. No exceptions.

In order to return a item, buyers are required to obtain a return merchandise authorization number beforehand. DRP Fast Ship Tools (DRP Tools LLC) will not accept used items unless there is a manufacturing defect. If an item is found to be defective, it will be replaced with a new one. Warranties are applicable only if the product is used for its intended purpose and not used with other products it was not designed to be used with. If an item is deemed defective, a new item will be exchanged as a replacement item. However, if there is no defect found, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost back to them. No exceptions.

All returns must be made within 14 days from the transaction date. After 14 days the transaction is complete with no returns.

The customer will be responsible for any collection fees and attorney fees incurred from this transaction.
