Shipping Time -- Orders that can be shipped UPS will ship the same or the next business day Monday thru Friday in the order received, provided the order is placed before 12:00 PM CST and the product ordered is in stock. This does include freight carriers. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. If there is a delay in shipping you will be contacted via email and asked if you would like to cancel your order. Our orders are shipped from numerous locations therefore order cancellation must be done before labels are printed to avoid the shipping charges. We are not responsible for any delays due to inclement weather or freight congestion. Orders are considered fulfilled upon the carrier's retrieval from any of our warehouses. Please note that we are not accountable for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Orders dispatched on a pallet through common carrier/freight companies necessitate a minimum of 24 to 48 hours lead time before shipping, allowing for the freight company to schedule a pickup.

Address Corrections Charges are incorrect ship to address that you have supplied and must be corrected by the freight carrier you will incur a charge. The buyer will be charged an administrative fee of $5.00 plus the carrier's additional charge.

Motor Freight orders take 1 or 2 days before shipping and must ship to a commercial address or a local terminal.

Cancelled, refused, or undeliverable orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is solely responsible for both the shipping and return shipping costs, which will be deducted.
